About Me

“A book is a gift you can open again and again.” – Garrison Keillor

I am a small town girl who enjoys creating worlds with a pen and weaves suspenseful stories within those worlds with a bit of faith and a dash of romance. Though my writing style has morphed over the years, I have always loved the challenge of writing suspenseful hair-raising stories.

As a child, my imagination was never dormant, and I wrote many short stories and poems including short crime stories for my younger sister to enjoy. A book or poem has always been in the works.

It wasn’t until I was sixteen that I began writing a book by the suggestion of my sister-in-law. At the time it seemed like an impossibility, but months later I was inspired with a story-line that materialized as a children’s book. The story poured from my fingers once they made contact with the keyboard.

I finished Heritage Quest, a children’s adventure book, three months later. Since then I have authored several books including the thrilling page-turning Agents of Justice book series.

When I’m in my writing zone, you will often find a cup of steaming coffee and possibly a little something chocolate not too far away. A few things I enjoy are baking, the beach, and music. I reside in a small city in western Washington with my husband, Jason, and our Bishon Frise fur baby, Koda.
